Hiring: Senior Staff Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead as the most senior engineer on our core platform.
• Collaborate with global teams across product, design, infrastructure, and architecture to develop our multi-component, market-leading platform.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of decentralized systems
   

Requirements:

• 10-12 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in asymmetric cryptography in production environments.
• Strong, recent experience with decentralized technologies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React; familiarity with other languages such as C#, C++, Golang, or Rust.
• Must be based in Germany, London, or Dublin, or willing to relocate to Germany.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary up to €115K.
• 3% yearly increments (depending on the performance review).
• Generous equity as part of the package
