Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Machinery.
• Valid Mining License.

Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:

• Minimum 8-10 years in operating and managing various mining machineries.
• Ability to inspect and check mining machineries.
• Experience in a massive mining environment highly advantageous

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

• Maintenaince of Mining Machineries.
• Build good working relationships.
• Manage self and show up as a good team player.
• Estimate and manage mining equipment.
• Support the Transformation agenda.
• Follow the HSEQ plan for the Business area.
• Provide feedback to be used in reports.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary up to $85k.
• 3% yearly increments (depending on the performance review).
• Generous equity as part of the package.
• Other benefits.
