About the Role

This role is specifically designed for experienced Drupal Developers who are eager to grow into senior positions within the agency. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our client's digital presence by developing and maintaining high-quality Drupal solutions, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performance implementations. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex Drupal solutions, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Create and customize Drupal modules, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Collaborate effectively with Drupal Tech Leads, architects, and other developers to achieve project objectives.
• Integrate third-party applications seamlessly using Drupal APIs.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability across all devices.
• Ensure adherence to organizational coding guidelines and security best practices.
• Contribute to the growth of junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to code, architecture, and development processes.
• Actively participate in Agile methodologies, including sprints, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and consistency.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of professional experience in web development, with a strong focus on Drupal.
• Minimum 4 years of in-depth experience with Drupal (8/9/10) architecture, module development, multisite implementations, and migrations (e.g., Drupal 7 to 8/9/10).
• Proven expertise with Acquia-based solutions and a strong understanding of Acquia certifications.
• Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of database architecture and optimization for Drupal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mastery of Git and a deep understanding of version control best practices.
• Strong understanding of modern front-end technologies such as React, Next.js, CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, etc.).
  Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Active contributions to the Drupal community or other open-source initiatives.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Drupal developer certifications).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Travis CI, GitLab).
• Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
